Inaugural Movemeback Change-makers Showcase @ LBS Africa Business Summit 2016
In partnership with the London Business School’s Africa Business Summit 2016, we will be hosting our inaugural Movemeback Change-makers Showcase on 7th May 2016.
The Movemeback Change-makers Programme shines a spotlight on young, passionate and capable individuals who are challenging market and political status quo to drive Africa’s social and economic development.
Africa’s creative industries present a significant opportunity, as the Continent’s share of the global creative economy is disproportionately small at less than 1%. During this showcase we invite shapers and entrepreneurs developing platforms for Africa’s awakening creative industry, to present their initiatives for appraisal and support.
This will be the first outing of a global Change-makers Programme aimed at encouraging the world’s brightest minds to engage in developing real African solutions, even if they do not find themselves permanently on the continent; and engaging a wider group of talented collaborators to share in the creation and development of these initiatives.

Habimana House
Habimana House is a multi-faceted production company dedicated to promoting African business success (Diaspora and all) to a global audience. The company is most-known for its TV production, the “Tailored Business” show, which showcases the story of a young female entrepreneur and tailor that travels across Africa building her tailoring company and learning from her established clientele on how to do this successfully. Habimana house was founded in 2015, and is headquarters in London.
