The Kopfadeyemi Fellowship Is Recruiting – Application Deadline: November 23rd

The King’s Sierra Leone Chapter of the Kopfadeyemi Fellowship is recruiting its first fellow. The successful candidate will support the Hospital Management team for the Sierra Leone Ministry of Health. This person will be based in Freetown during their 6 month placement and work alongside clinicians from all disciplines from King’s and Connaught Hospital to improve the management of the hospital and deliver specific service improvements. This person will also spend some time working alongside the WAA (West African Agribusiness) health-lead to improve their disease surveillance and systems resilience. The selected fellow will be part of a leadership and policy development program, before and after their placement.

Driving innovative technology and policy development in West Africa; the Kopfadeyemi Fellowship is a community of global health enthusiasts, students, clinical professionals, technologists, social entrepreneurs, creatives, policy makers and impact investors solving hard problems in Public Health across West Africa.
The fellowship is targeted at young individuals (under 35) from the West Africa Diaspora with a strong background in achieving social impact, preferably in public health. Anyone is welcome to apply, although selection will be biased towards those meeting the aforementioned criteria.
